If you could get all the nutrition you needed in a day with a pill — no worrying about what to eat, no food preparation — would you do it?
Oh heavens to Betsy no!!! Why would anyone do that?! Have we really gotten so lazy that anyone would even begin to consider throwing the towel in on food?? I am saddened to say the answer to that is probably yes 😦
I have pretty complex nutritional demands (gluten intolerant, dairy intolerant and I don't like proccessed food at all) and even I would rather eat food than add another damn pill to my daily repertoire. Food is awesome and learning to make it nutritious is half of it's awesomeness! I have spent years now trying to perfect my happy healthy food lifestyle and I will never give up that adventure 🙂
I have my own chickens 🙂
Planting my garden is one of my favorite times in the year, but eating my own vegetables is the best 🙂
I have even found a restaurant that makes food that I will actually eat 🙂

Yum! Those nachos look divine…I also love growing and eating my own vegetables, there is no comparison to the stale old stuff you get from the supermarket is there.
