Name a book you're thankful that you read.
I'm not here to push books written by a Buddhist monks on anyone but this one made me think a little. If I'm having a bad day at work?? It's at work and it needs to stay there. It's okay for me to be angry when I'm angry but I just need to accept that I'm angry and then move on. When I'm home relaxing, I need to relax and enjoy every moment of it. I still struggle with being in the moment, given my inability to focus, but I'm learning 🙂
